About me

I'm a UKCP registered psychotherapist in training, and I've been offering affordable in-person therapy to adults in Bristol and Bath since 2021.

I offer somewhere for your experience to be heard, without judgement, and at your own pace. In this space we can explore your difficulties together, deepening your understanding of yourself, with the hope of helping you find a more connected, authentic way forward.

Therapy gives us a place to discuss and work through the things we might feel unable to in our day-to-day life. These might include difficulties around relationships, past trauma, gender and sexual identity, or more generalised experiences like low self-worth, anxiety, depression, a feeling of 'stuckness', or a lack of authentic engagement and passion for life.

As a Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist, I see you as a unique individual with unique needs, and draw on a variety of approaches to suit you. There is no one-size-fits-all way to help someone.

My Experience and Values

I am a UKCP registered trainee psychotherapist at dissertation stage, working towards an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy with Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling and Middlesex University. I opened my private practice in early 2021.

I identify as queer, and work with many members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Other areas of particular interest/experience include the difficulties faced by neurodivergent people and living with chronic illness. â€‹

I place great importance on the autonomy of every person—a value that has solidified over 15 years in the helping professions. I spent time as a volunteer youth counsellor with Off The Record BANES, working primarily with university students, and currently lead a local arts and crafts group for community wellbeing.
